Actions for Organizations
Calling all organizations across BC! Sign the open letter asking the BC government to confront the climate emergency. Every person, every business, every industry, and every government has a role to play. We are always aiming to grow our list of signatories.
Actions for Individuals
There are multiple ways that individuals can show their support for the work of the BCCEC:
Signatory outreach: We invite you to reach out to any organizations, institutions, or businesses you are involved with or support and ask them to sign on to our open letter. Ask your soccer team, your favourite cafe, or a local shop to add their name!
Contact your MLA: Email your local MLA a copy of the report card, or ask for a meeting (by phone or in person) to discuss the report card in more detail. The BCCEC has an MLA meeting toolkit available for those who would like some support with this (contact us here if you are interested). Note: If your MLA is also a cabinet minister, let us know and we can provide some additional tips.
Sign a petition: A number of our partner groups have set up individual petitions in support of the 10 Actions. Feel free to add your name:
